amazing locationfriendly staff

The hotel location is amazing!!! It is right in the main shopping streets. The staff provided a fantastic customer service experience, as they spoke English very well. This. The location was also great for food and access to transportation.

The walk to the nearest metro took around 8 to 10 minutes.

the hotel location were superb. it was very close to many restaurants and shops. it was a short walk to the train station. the shopping street gave a fulfilling experience.

the female receptionists was rude during check-in. they expect me to use the self-service machines. i asked questions, but they treat me condescendingly. it was not very pleasent.

the location is excellent, right in the heart of things. the room was nice and kept clean by staff. all staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

the room was poorly designed. as you open your door you enter your bathroom, changing room so it can be embarrassing if you have a family. to enter the bedroom area you walk through the bathroom and enter via a flimsy sliding door. the beds were uncomfortable and lumpy.
